Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland

Was it legal for my homeowner's association to have my car towed when I left it parked on a different street in the development? It was not in a reserved parking area; it was in a legal parking space. They claimed to have gotten complaints and put a 2-day sticker on it to be moved.

You would have to consult your hoa bylaws and regulations. HOA's are given broad authority to enact rules for their members. If you feel they violated the rules in having your car towed, you can file a complaint and seem reimbursement for the towing expenses.
