Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland

I was washing clothes at my local landry facility. As I open the drier to check my clothes my left arm touch the top of the drier. I immediatedly drop everything. I look at my arm and realized the drier nearly burn my entire upper left arm. I told the manager who was rude and offer to stay some burn application on my arm. I feel there is more recourse that that. I also took pictures and there was no signs advising of the risk of getting burned as you get your clothes out of the drier....Do I have a case?????
