Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland

Am I doing anything wrong or violating any law?

I recently won joint legal custody of my two minor children. I recently posted a traditional family portrait of myself and my two kids on a Highschool Alumni Website and discussed the court proceedings and testimony in a blog. I did not post a picture of my ex wife or use her name or said anything false regarding her. The harasses thing I said in the blog was she lied under oath and I was embarassed to have her as the mother of my children. She demanded I take the pictures that includes the children down and I refused. The pictures are not lewd, pornographic or sexually suggestive. The picture were taken at Walmart. Am I in violation of any law or can I be held liable or be forced to take down the pictures? Basically am I doing anything wrong in the eyes of the courts?

I don't think you have to abide by her wishes under the factual scenario you presented. If she considers and can prove that your statement that she "lied under oath" is itself a lie, and that this damages her in the eyes of those who can identify her from your post, she could theoretically bring a suit for defamation against you, but it's doubtful she could be successful if she did this.
