Your parents have a legal obligation to support you until you turn 18 or are emancipated. Marrying the father will legally emancipate you, but for other scenarios (such as setting up house elsewhere with the father of your child) you can file a petition seeking a court ruling that you are emancipated and no longer under your parent's custody based on the circumstances.
