January 4, 2014, I submitted demand letter, specials and photos to the ins. . However, the claims rep. refuses to return my phone calls, emails and requests for a status update. How do I proceed?

Slip and fall cases can be challenging for plaintiffs. The mere fact of an injury does not necessarily mean the land owner is responsible. An online post cannot analyze your specific case but generally speaking if an injured party has a solid legal foundation for their claim and the negligent or responsible party refuses to settle, the obvious option is to file suit.

As with any legal claim you are encouraged to seek independent legal advice.
