if i wasnt suppose to drive a car and i let someone else drive and we got into a accident but it was the other people fault and the car has full insurance it should be ok right
do i sue other person

If the other car's driver caused the accident, and you were injured, you can file a claim against the other driver through his/her insurance company. Hopefully you got the insurance information at the accident scene. However, there may be medical coverage under the policy for the car you were in that you would not be eligible for because you let an unauthorized person drive.
