Contiguous Property Owners Rights

I recieved a notification in the mail to review plans for a commercial property because i was a contiguous property owner. If I have issues with the purposed plan what are the next steps I can take to get my concerns addressed?

You should address your concerns to whomever is proposing to develop that property. There should be contact information contained within the notification. If your concerns aren't addressed to your satisfaction, usually there will be a public hearing to address such things as zoning issues, variance issues, or licensing issues.
