If the deed to the house is in your name or jointly in your name with your grandmother, your grandmother can't sell the house without your cooperation. If that isn't the case, then the issue becomes did the funds your grandmother used to purchase the property represent more than her share of the estate, thereby depriving your great uncles of their bequests as set forth in the will? You should make an appointment to see an attorney who is familiar with estate and real estate matters who can look at the deed and the will and better advise you. Most county bar associations have lawyer referral services which offer consultations at minimal cost.
