I inherited a house in Prince George County. What do I need to do to change the title deed over to my name?

The personal representative of the estate from whom you inherited the property must execute a deed conveying the property to you. Then you must record the deed in the land records. As a real estate attorney, I have prepared many such deeds. Discuss this with the personal representative.
