partitioning inherited real property

Does one sibling of three,have the right to (a)force the sale of the property or(b) demand to be bought out ?

If the parcel cannot be partioned, there is a proceeding called sale in lieu of partition where a part owner can file with the court to have the court order a sale of the property and a split of the proceeds between the owners. I encourage you to discuss this matter more fully with an attorney.
