Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland

I got an Insurance Verification Required/ Suspension Warning letter from the MVA 16 days ago. Basically it stated that if the insurance matter was not resolved within 15 days my tags would be suspended. I have taken care of the insurance and my insurance company has faxed the FR19 form as proof of insurance to the MVA. I owe 360 in fees due to the insurance lapse. By the way, I live in MD. So, here is my question:

How long will it take before the MVA suspends my tags based on owing the fines (keep in mind I do now have adequate insurance)? The notice has absolutely no level of clarity. Also, if they suspend my license or registration/ tags, would I be notified by email or snail mail and is my "Insurance Verification Required/ Suspension Warning" sufficient notice or do they need to send me another notice if they are going to suspend my license ad/or registration?

It's anybody's guess whether MVA will act, and if so, how quickly. Some of the offenses that you mentioned carry jail time. You should either make payment arrangements, or if that is not possible presently, then you should make other transportation arrangements.
