Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland
Missed court date
Igot a ticket for driving without insurance and expired tags. Today I found out that theres a warrant for my arrest because I did not go to court. I did not receive a notice to go to court. My kids and I were living in my car. How do resolve this.

You might be able to file a motion to get rid of the warrant in the District Court where this charge was pending, explaining the situation, but you would be better off if you can afford a lawyer to file the motion for you. Feel free to contact me with more details.
