Every attorney sets their own fees and no particular fee is set by law. It also varies considerably by region.

Some estate attorneys charge by the hour in which case it depends on how many hours are spent meeting, drafting documents and reviewing. An attorney with an hourly rate of $400 will likely cost more than an attorney with an hourly rate of $200 if work is billed hourly. Estate planning should include a conversation to figure out what your particular needs and goals are.

Some firms charge a flat fee. My firm, for instance, offers flat fees for most wills (with a schedule on the firm's website) for an attorney meeting, preparing a "simple" will, reviewing/witnessing at the office and filing with the Register of Wills. That is just an example and not a promise to represent.

You're encouraged to call around to see what estate planning attorneys in your area might charge. Clients should expect transparency in fees and understand what planning will cost before they hire a particular attorney.
