Generally no. Property titled as Tenants by the Entirety will pass outside of probate. The survivorship right is automatic with that type of joint ownership and cannot be changed by will.

Your post does not outline the reasons for challenging the title. In certain cases competing claims to title (say if two different deeds were made and recorded before someone died) can be challenged by other types of actions.
