Legal Question in Workers Comp in Maryland

slu award

I broke my wrist at work 3 months ago.I'm still in therapy but I have limited rom.If permanent,would this be considered loss of use of my hand under slu award?Or would I be entitled to a different kind of settlement?

When you finish therapy your doctor should evaluate you to determine if you have any permanent impairment or loss of use of your arm. If so he or she will assign a disability rating, which can then be the basis of seeking a permanent partial disability award through worker's comp.
