Legal Question in Disability Law in Massachusetts
My 9y/o boy is autistic and I signed him @ the YMCA. For the past two months it has been not fun at all. Every night the manager would call my cell phone to come immediatly, pick up your son, dismissed for the rest the day and the following day. all this because of his behavior and his disability.I brought this to higher personel but it seems like they stick together. can any one help me, advise me. it is so frustrating.
