Legal Question in Administrative Law in Massachusetts

Type Your Question Here... Q I am a private individual represented by a prestigious law firm in Ma. We are leading to a summary judgment in superior court. Be fore the summery judgment has been delivered the firm demands payment of 75k in fees or they will withdraw from the case and not deliver summary judgment to the court. The legal firm has been paid to date over 75k in fees in a case for over 4 years. Can they do this? Are there any options if they choose to withdraw legally.
