Legal Question in Banking Law in Massachusetts
I have a car that is not 3 months late,but my car payments are 2 months behind.I have tryed to reason with the bank that isTD Bank ,I have said to them that I will have what I owe them in a matter of 2 or 3 weeks but the want it all as of today.I was wandering if there is any kind of action I can take?

Make partial payments. I cannot see the bank refusing to accept the funds, but once you make an agreement you need to stick with it.
