What if a vehicle in a bankruptcy can no longer be repaired. Do you still have to pay the payments?

Could you buy another car?

The answer to your questions depends on whether you are referring to a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy or a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy? Also important is where you are in the Bankruptcy process? Whether or not a discharge has been issued? Have you reaffirmed the debt through the Bankruptcy?
