Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts

On or about 4/4/06 I quoted a set of sails to be made for a boat that my customer was restoring. It took 3years to get The boat to the point where I could measure properly to finish the sails. I neglected to to put a time limit on my quote. Can he hold me to it? I'm in Massachusetts
