Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts

auto repair fraud

I had my car fixed a few months ago. The day after i picked it up the problem was still there. I then took it back again they supposedly fixed it agin. The problem still existed. I finally took it to a different repair shop. They fixed it and informed me that the part that was supposedly fixed was never touched yet i got charged 800 dollars ontop of the 400 i had to dish out to the shop that actually fixed it. I have the old part and a written paper from the second mechanic verifying that the part stated on the receipt was not fixed. Is there anything i can do legally!!!!

Of course you have a cause of action. They were negligent in repairing your car and should be held accountable for it. If you need help, you can email me at [email protected].
