Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts

I've had a child support case opened since 1999. He owes over $20,000 in arrears. He worked for several years, under the table, for his fathers company. He's not filed a tax return in many years and child support/taxes was never withheld nor was it reported to the IRS in a 1099. His father obviously knows he has to pay child support/taxes. My question is, is there any way to get the money I am owed from his father's company. I remember reading something a long time ago that the company would be held responsible if they fail to report/withhold child support. But I'm not sure if that's for Massachusetts.

You are welcome to come in and talk to one of my family court attorneys to go over the specific information that can prove his employment. Aside from that, we'll review contempt proceedings and look to see if there are other assets we can attach.
