Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts
My employer was over paying me since hiring me on. Now they have determined that they were over paying me and are trying to take this out of my pay check in four weekly payments that are almost 50% of my pay checks. Is this legal?

It is legal for them to recoup the over payment, but they should do it by deduction from you gross not net and depending upon the amount involved they should do it in a more reasonable fashion.
