My huspand has a business auto repair and one of his employee ,was in charge when he step out we found out he took money in cash and charging more was turning less or saying no money recive what can we do

It sounds like the employee stole money. If so, call the police.

It would appear the employee has committed both theft and embezzlement. You should seek assistance of an attorney in filing a police report and seek recovery of the funds, One of my partners is very experienced in such matters, Moreover, if you have insurance against employee theft, you should contact your insurance agent to determine both coverage and to provide notice under the terms of the policy.

You should obviously report this to the police and provide the info for them to conduct the investigation, Also you should bring a civil lawsuit against him
