Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Massachusetts

I live in NY

How can a resident of Ma. File a Smaill Claims suit in Mass. against a New York resident and expect the Commonwealth of Ma. to find the NY resident in default when Ma. has no juradiction against a Non Resident. What absurd people are working within the Ma. Courts. I have lived in NY for well over 9 years, and this small claim incident happened with in the last 5 months. If this can be done then the people of MA. have an open door to file a small claim against anyone in 50 states by MAIL.

Can this be done ?????

Can a Resident of MA. file a small claim against ANYONE OUTSIDE THE COMMONWEALTH?????

Just to let you all know I am from MA originally and LONG LIVE THE RED SOX and yes SOMEONE WILL JINX THAT NEW PIT THE YANKEES ARE BUILDING.

Re: I live in NY

There was no jurisdiction in Mass. you can find a lawyer to revive the matter and respond with a motion to dismiss.

Good luck and btw, don't get too cocky until the Bosox win at least another 15 titles.
