Do i have to sign any employer agreements

Do i have to sign any employer agreements on sexual haressment or residency agreement if i dont want to because i dont believe in them. Or do i have to sign any acknowledgement agreements on these subjects or any other subjects that i dont agree. where do my rights stand legally.

If you want the job, then you have to sign. It's a condition of employment. Not only that, whether you believe in them or not, they're there to inform you of the law and to make sure that you act accordingly. There is no right to any particular job.
