Legal Question in Construction Law in Massachusetts

court appointed attourney

I was arrested for disordly conduct, by a BU police officer, He lied all over the police report, I now there is a survailence camera right were the incident took place. My court appointed keeps making mistakes and has not made an effort to get this tape, and keeps trying me to accept the quof. what can I do?

You need to review the tape to preserve your rights.

Time is of the essence, those tapes are routinely taped over if not preserved. If your court appointed lawyer won't do it, then you can either hire your own lawyer or request the court to appoint you a new one because the other one is not properly representing you.
