i wanted to know if i can get out of a car loan signed paper a month ago truck ha been in and out of dealer the truck is still not regesterd they gave me paper work in case i was pulled over after the ten days were up he told me to get rid of that one wrote me a knew one that was five days ago stll no regesration

You might want to return truck with keys and tell seller you are revoking the deal under MA law. If loan is with seller directly, you might have a chance of getting out of it. However, if note with bank or financing company, you have to read the language carefully. Generally you only have three days to get out of a sale.
