Car sold while deposit on it
Hi
I recently tried to buy a car from a dealer. The finance was being arranged and I had a 1000 deposit on it, but the dealer sold the car I had the deposit on.
Is this legal

It is not only wrong, but you are entitled to sue the dealer for specific performance and fraud.
