Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts

Picture online does not correspond to actual product

I have purchased a computer from best buy. At online store the picture this lap top had a built in camera and it was comming with a case and a mouse:same model #. I called the representative and asked to sell me just that lap top without anything extra. I especially checked and confirmed with representative weather computer would still have the camera. I have received computer and it does not have a camera. Is this illegal? Picture does not correspond with product!?

Re: Picture online does not correspond to actual product

You said "without anything extra." If the camera was "extra," you got what you asked for.

You cannot claim that the store did anything wrong here if YOU altered the the terms of its advertised "special."
