Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts

private school tuition refund

I signed a contract with a private high school. My daughter attened 2 days of classes and we removed her.

We would like our money back. The contract states that we are responable for 100%. Does this mean I will have to pay for that full year? I have payed half. $4000

Thank you

Re: private school tuition refund

You would need to carefully read the contract to determine your rights and obligations. The contract should detail whether or not you can get your money back and whether or not the school will be seeking payment for the entire year. It is not possible to answer the question without reviewing the contract.
