Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts

returning a used car

I purchased a car on Sat. Jan. 5th at 5:00. today is Jan. 8th at 1:00 pm. it is a used car & I paid top dollar for it. after driving it the 2nd day, the seats, to me, are very uncomfortable causing me horrendous pain. I am disabled with fibromalgia. I need to return this car today & I know the dealer won't take it back. what do I do? I don't even have a sticker yet & have not informed my ins. co., but, I did sign the loan papers.

Re: returning a used car

You will want to immediately notify the dealer/seller and all other relevent parties in writing (certified or registered mail) of you intention to void this transaction. You would be wise to seek personal legal advice and assistance. You should seek diagnosis and treatment for your pain and discomfort related to this automobile. You would be wise to document and journal all of your efforts as you seek to void this transaction. Also, do not for get the consumer protection statutes, lemon laws, and Attorney General's Office.
