Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts

Travel Agent not paying my money back

I have cancelled an intenational air ticket purchased through a travel agent.

I have confirmation that the ticket has been cancelled on August 10th 2007, but the travel agent is not paying my money back.

What can I do?

More information is likely needed.

Sometimes when you buy international tickets there is a limited window to cancel without a penalty, depending on the Agreement and the terms and conditions of the sale.

If the tickets were fully refundable for cash, you may be entitled to your money.

Feel free to contact me to discuss further.

Bring the contract with all its terms and conditions, along with a copy of your cancellation notification and evidence as to when it was received to an attorney who can better determine whether you are entitled to a full cash refund and how to proceed on your behalf. Good Luck!
