take this off my credit report
i am having to move and one place i am looking at did a credit report and it shows i was evicted from two places one was for 2001 and other date was proir to that i have never been evicted how do i get this removed from my credit

The Fair Credit Reporting Act provides a procedure whereby you can have any inaccurate itemns deleted from your credit report.;)
