Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts

My ex-girlfriend and myself bought a timeshare together and she is refusing to pay her half of the maintenance fees. I'm going to pay her half so the account does not go to collections. I was unaware that she did not pay and so there is late fees as well. Can I sue her to recover half the maintenance fee and the late fees?

Yes, you certainly can. You need to make sure to attach a copy of your payment receipt and a copy of your timeshare contract to your complaint--your lawsuit.
