Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts

I plan on bringing a friend to small claims court for the money she owe me which she isn't paying back. Even after numerous promised to do so and am agreement of how to do so at one point. If the judge rules in my favor that she is to pay me back, I'm certain she will still avlid avoid paying me. Once ei have the judgment she is to pay me, can I garnish her wages right away?
