Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts

My underage daughter, who is just 7 years old, had a capias warrant for credit card debt left at my door by a Massachusetts sheriff. What do I do? Should I call the company that's trying to collect payment or do I contact the sheriff? I called credit one in the past when we got a notice by mail and explained she's a child. But now whomever bought the debt is harassing her.
