Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

My biological daughter 19 was adopted at 1 from people I do not know. My dughter got a 209a restraining order on me with false aligations all because I tried to stop her from leaving my house drunk, she had already came here drunk I didn't want her to drink and drive with my granddaughter or herself.. but is it legal in Massachusetts since in the eyes of the law I am NOT her parent to get that 2009 a restraining order on me? In the eyes of the law we are not related since her adoptive parents on the birth certificate
