I am forty seven years old unfortunately I found myself in trouble at 19 with an assault felony 1st ever offense I have kept myself out of trouble for nearly thirty years , I have been in the security field for over ten years and have had back round checks done numerous time never having said felony appear . All of a sudden an employer denies me employment due to the bad back round check .
