un paid fines
i have a un piad fine for bounced checks i paid almost 1/2 can i ask for more time.my crimnal history is not too bad.

Yes.
I would suggest that you contact your probation officer, or the probation department and ask for more time. Given them a credible reason for your need for more time.
Your probation will probably be extended to allow you more time.
