Re: probation with warrants

Generally, if you are on probation and commit a new crime, then your probation may be violated. Since you do not give many details, it is difficult to give an answer. However, if you need help, you can email me at [email protected].

Re: probation with warrants

It depends on what the warrants or for, and how old the warrants are.

If the warrants are pre-probation, then you should be in good shape. If not, then you should talk to a lawyer. I am in Massachusetts, if your warrants are here you can give me a call, and if you are in Connecticut find a local criminal defense attorney.

: probation with warrants

What could happens depends on why there are warrants against you. As long as the warrants exist, you have exposure to further probation or even jail. If you have a suspended sentence, the court could impose the sentence.

You should talk to no one, and certainly not post a detailed description on the internet.

The next person you should and must speak to is an attorney to analyze the case, and discuss your options.

If you seek further information or representation, you can call my office.
