Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

My truck had got stuck in the mud. After calling several different companies one tow truck company said they were able to get it out the next day. The next day they never called but went to look at where it was, and said they couldn't do it that day but would go look again following morning. After never hearing from them the previous day, we decided to just get it out ourselves. Today when we went down to get it out the truck was gone. We called the towing company and found out they had went and got it without never calling us to see if we still needed their services. They also broke into my truck, and told us that it would be $750 to get it out of their lot. After a dispute they said they would waive the fee, just go get the truck out of there. When we got there they said they didn't think it even ran. Even though it ran the hole time it was stuck. So after trying to get it started with no luck, me and my friend had to call another tow truck company to bring it to my house, because they refused to tow it. While waiting for the other tow company the owner came down confronting me for asking an employee which one of them broke into my truck. To which ended with him saying to get off his property and that it was now $500 for us to get it out of there. I left his property, so my truck is still there. Is there any legal action I can take?
