Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

Thank you what should I do next?

I am not sure what will happen.

the Store manager did several things that were (I think) illegal.

1) He never identified himself.

I had no idea who this person was who come up to me and physically assaulted me.

2) He said he was arresting me and verbally threatened me.

and

3) He continued to use this physical force after I repeatingly asked him to let go of me. I was not aggresive. The result is now my disc injury has been aggravated by his extreme measures

Retain an attorney and speak only with that attorney about this. You may have a suit against the store.In any event you will need an attorney to defend you on the shoplifting charge. Good Luck!
