Do I have a case if three white people were seated and five of us black people w

I agree. We walked into a restaurant and waited 25 minutes before waitress approached us. She came after 25 minutes and swore at us and told us she was closed. We asked her why she had such an attitude, nothing made it better. Six officers walked in to restaurant just 10 minutes later. They wanted "these people" out of here. Just 5 minutes after the officers arrived they seated three white people at a restaurant that was closed for us that are black.
