There is a private men's club which I have frequented for the last 5 years. Because the new president has never liked me, I was served a letter publicly in a humiliating fashsion that I am no longer welcome there with my best friend who is a member. I was given no excuse or reason for this. The majority of the members and all the trustees told him that he couldn't do this. I know I'm being harrassed and discriminated against by the one individual. What would be my chances of doing something about this in court? Would I need to involve the Club or just the individual in the charges? The majority of members would stand up for me.
