Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Massachusetts

In a University setting were gang type restroom/shower rooms require cleaning, is it permissible for the University to post a gender specific bid to accommodate the cleaning of those facilities would the Bona Fide Occupational Qualification apply as a defense to a potential sex discrimination law suit.
