dui no criminal record
25 yr old male dui arrest first time offense blood alcohol level o.16% had pulled off road aware he should not be driving before making a call he dosed off with foot on brake mass. court 12/18/06 8;30 am how should he plead?

Plead not guilty at the arraignment and hire a lawyer who can explain the OUI charge, possible penalties, ramifications of a conviction and who can also look at all the facts and look for any issues which should be suppressed-which would make a defense stronger. Penalties for any DUI, even first offense, are pretty harsh. Hire an attorney, plead not guilty, and get it resolved.
