Plead not guilty at the arraignment and hire a lawyer who can explain the OUI charge, possible penalties, ramifications of a conviction and who can also look at all the facts and look for any issues which should be suppressed-which would make a defense stronger. Please feel free to contact me further. Martha Kovner

Re: dui no criminal record

You should get an attorney who can explain the ramifications. In this state, there is no look back period; this means that this first offense conviction stays with you for the rest of your life.

You can contact my office today at 978.749.3606.

Penalties for any DUI, even first offense, are pretty harsh. Hire an attorney, plead not guilty, and get it resolved.
