Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts

harassment ?

beer drinking partys on weekends. swearing, urinating on ground between houses.(10') riding motorcycle between houses. partys go on into the night/morning small kids around seeing and hearing. afraid of retrabution from these drunks so we don't call police.

I am not really sure what your question is. Public urination is a crime. Driving a motorcycle in a yard, even if drunk, is not oui, it could be a violation of other laws however. Late night, loud parties are a violation of law as well. Further, any person who leaves party under the influence and intoxicated is violating law.

You can make anonymous calls to police, however, don't trust the police to keep your name out of things. If afraid, call with cell phone and refuse to give name or address.
