my boyfriend comes home drunk and verbaly and mentally abuses me.Is there any help out there?

Yes. You can seek help from the state abused woman's support groups. You can seek an order forcing him to vacate your apartment and stay at least 100 yds away from you.

I strongly suggest you contact a abuse support group. If you cannot afford an attorney, I suggest you contact Boston legal services.

Elder services agencies can initiate a protective services investigation and will take steps to protect you. You may also contact your local police department. You should feel safe in your own home. You deserve it.
