Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

After 18 years of mar-ridge, I was divorced 5 years ago, I have a daughter that is 18 years old that has graduated from high school & has a full time job. This month she is going to take 1 class at a collage, A total of 6 hours per week & then head to her full time job, Am I still in titled to pay child support?

You need to file a request with the court to terminate child support. You are probably still required to pay for college as required under your divorce decree.

you should file a complaint for modification and a motion for temporary orders asking that child support be terminated.
